Mongolia

I read another book 'Minu Mongoolia' (My Mongolia). And now I want to go to Mongolia. And I want the half-wild Mongolian dog bankhar. Good book. Soovitan. It is spiritual - about finding your spot in this world. It is about uncatchable love. described in a really interesting way. And catchable love. I liked it.
'Kogu selletalvine ilu ei mahu enam maa peale ära'.
'The entire beauty of this winter is not fitting onto this Earth.'

Cannot be said better about the current winter!
Another interesting quote:
'Kellelgi pole õigust sekkuda vägisi maailma asjade kulgemisse. Iga kord kui oma pea sees või südames tekkinud tundeid või kiindumust väljendan, löön kedagi jalaga pähe - surun peale enda tahtmisi, enda veendumusi, enda tundeid. Las läheb nii nagu läheb, sinna ei saa midagi parata.'

'No-one has a right to interrupt the goings of the world. Every time when I express the feelings that appeared in my head or in my heart, I kick someone into the head, as I will impose my will, my feelings. Let everything go as it goes, it cannot be helped.'

seven years

"Tunded olid talveunes seitse pikka aastat,
ei nad keerand kälge ega tõusnud üles maast nad.
Lumevaiba all nad seitse aastat magasid.
Saabus kevad, tunded tulid unest tagasi." (Merca raamatust nimega 'Mees')

Free translation:
"Feelings were in the wintersleep for seven long years,
no turning, no getting up.
Under snow cover they slept for seven years.
Spring arrived, the feelings came back from sleep." (Book called "Man" by Merca)

I went to Tallinn last Sunday and on my way back I read the book "Mees" in 2 hours. It was great. Soovitan (ainult et 245 krooni on tiba soolane hind).
This quote and I felt some attraction. In some way it quite literally describes my current situation. I have been away for almost seven years. And even though there is a true winter outside, the feelings have their spring.
But what am I supposed to do with them? The feelings, that is. It's funny how some things just stay as they are...
And now here I am: the head says one thing and the feelings follow their own idea.
:)
