Latvians are good
A week ago I went to a concert with Katrin. It was a Latvian vocalgroup called Cosmos. And wow, it was really, really good! Six young and handsome dudes, singing in Latvian. And in English. And one song in 'Estonian' - it was made of sounds the way the Latvians hear Estonian.
And a few days before I went to listen to Heiki Mätlik on a classical guitar and Virgo Veldi on a saxophone. Small, intimate concert with a free glass of wine (or coffee and cake). Real nice experience!

come take my time...
... because time I have... Really, time I have for you. (attempted translation of Sõprade laul 6)
Tule võta mu aega, sest aega mul on... Tõesti, aega mul Sinu jaoks on.
I went to Jaan Tätte and Udupasun's concert last night. I am still high on it. It was SO good. I don't have too many words to describe it, but the emotion was just SO big. Kullionu, ma võtsin Su kaasa kolme sinise klaasitüki abil:)
And of course, this song is still over the top: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DntZCBKwFH0
I think I need some more time to translate it. But it is very, very romantic story about the night with no wind, where He is looking for the land, and She is looking for the white sail, and they both feel as it is time to make a storm happen in each others hearts.
Lase hingel hingata (let the soul breathe)
I am so full of the good emotions that I am afraid to sail away with the wind one day. Unless I can share the good feelings soon:)

song of the day - Katie Melua
My new finding in music - Katie Melua. I like her voice and style! Such calm and dreamy.
Such as: Nine million bicycles and If you were a sailboat.
And - she is Georgian:)
I only discovered her a week ago and the funny thing is that today I found out that she's giving a concert in Ottawa next week. What are the odds, eh.

D-day is coming up
This afternoon I got an awesome e-mail:
Good afternoon
I am still waiting for one last report; however I would like to schedule your defence.
Would you be available on
APRIL 20
APRIL 23
APRIL 30
Thank you in advance for your prompt response.
So this means that the D-Day (as Sujeeve calls it) is ON!
I am excited. And I am also slightly nervous. What could they ask? Will I know? How much do I need to prepare? What should I wear?
